WEATHER CONDITION:
This event will be located at Rooftop terrace of the San Francisco centre (formally known as the Westfield Mall). Please keep in mind if it rains on the day of the event, the event will be relocated inside the venue.
REFUND POLICY:
Once we’ve approve of your application, the payment must be sent. You will have until October 11TH to back out if needed to get your FULL deposit refunded.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We’re not liable for any items lost or stolen.You are responsible for all items you bring to the event.
You’re responsible for paying a property damage fee on any damage caused to the venue due to your booth or your team.
